In addition to High Thyme’s regular dinner menu, Executive Chef Taylor Still will prepare the following specials for New Year’s Eve. Reservations required by calling (843) 883-3536.

1) Mussels with Italian sausage, fennel and arugula in white wine butter
2) 4oz Coldwater Lobster Tail with goat cheese tarragon grits and saffron butter

Soups-
1) New England-style Clam Chowder
2) Coconut Chicken

Entrees-
1) Grilled Veal Chop with spinach parmesan risotto
2) Shrimp and Scallop red curry
3) Braised Boneless Short Rib, Yukon mash and natural jus
4) Pan Roasted Poulet Rouge, sage pan jus and haricot verts
5) Fresh Fish Selection TBD

New Appetizer: Shrimp and Calamari Bruschetta

High Thyme Cuisine and Cocktails has made changes to its Fall menu by serving full dinner service on Tuesdays in place of Tapas only. Guests will not miss the tapas as many have been added to the dinner menu as appetizer options. A new item to dinner entrees is a Pan Seared Mahi Mahi with Tomato Spinach Risotto. Additionally, on Saturdays, High Thyme will open at 11am and continue serving through 10:30pm.

“While our regulars love Tapas Tuesdays, we had many customers that also wanted to choose from the dinner entrees,” said owner Kenny Jones. “We feel this new updated menu will please everyone.”

High Thyme Cuisine and Cocktails Announces Happy Hour

Escape to the island as High Thyme introduces Happy Hour specials starting this week on Tuesdays through Saturdays from 5pm-7pm. The popular upscale island dining destination will offer $1 off beer, $2 off twenty-five wines available by the glass and $2 off liquor drinks. Patrons can also relish in $2 off the selection of delicious appetizers that include Steamed Mussels, Pan Seared Scallops, Crispy Pork Belly and much more. High Thyme is a perfect spot at happy hour to grab an after work drink in the cozy bar or have a meal on the deck overlooking the quaint island scenery.
“We’re kicking Happy Hour off for our guests who enjoy going out early,” said High Thyme owner Kenny Jones, “They can relax with a spirit and enjoy a meal that won’t break the budget.”

2) Butter poached lobster tail with basil hollandaise

1) Grilled ribeye with pan fried fingerling potatoes & tarragon dijon cream finished with smoked sea salt
2) Rack of lamb with butternut risotto, brussel sprouts & port demi glace
3) Pan seared grouper with gnocchi, olives, spinach & orange chili butter

High Thyme Cuisine Now Offering Saturday Brunch

High Thyme Cuisine and Cocktails is pleased to announce they are now serving their popular Lowcountry Brunch on Saturdays from 10:30am-2:30pm. Already well-known for its superior Sunday Brunch, High Thyme will offer the same menu as Sundays. Brunch menu items are priced $5-$14 and popular selections include Beef Tenderloin Benedict topped with Hollandaise, Orange-Cinnamon Brioche French Toast with Powdered Sugar and Pecans and Seared Tuna over Mixed Greens with Asparagus, Roasted Red Peppers & Ginger Peppercorn Vinaigrette. The convenient Sullivan’s Island location continues to set the scene for guests to start with a casual brunch with friends and continue to mingle all day enjoying the best wine list on the island with 25 wines by the glass priced $6-$11.
