Orange Beach Concierge Adds New Chef de Cuisine

Orange Beach Concierge is pleased to announce that Sam McLeod has joined the team as Chef de Cuisine under Executive Chef David Pan. Bringing years of culinary experience, Chef McLeod will focus on expanding menu development with emphasis on fresh, local products, chef’s table evenings, and executing larger catering events. His wealth of experience comes from working his way up in the kitchen of Calypso Joe’s and Quality Restaurants to Executive Chef at Cobalt and most recently as Culinary Director of Cosmo’s Courtyard, Luna’s Eat and Drink, The Event Center & Buzzcatz Coffee and Sweets. In addition to being named Best Chef of Alabama by Wind Creek Casino, Chef McLeod is Servsafe Certified by the International Food Safety Council, an adjunct Culinary Professor at a local culinary school and a host chef for community interactive cooking classes.

Orange Beach Concierge Operating Partner and Executive Chef David Pan focuses on his specialty of French methods while remaining on top of the latest trends and techniques in the industry. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate who trained in 3 Diamond and James Beard rated restaurants, Chef Pan also has culinary experience working with Fishers Orange Beach along with Brick and Spoon. In the last few years, he and his wife launched Orange Beach Concierge, one of the only private dining services in the area. Whether it’s an intimate dinner for two or two hundred, travel arrangements to and from the gulf coast, catering a wedding or organizing a corporate retreat, Orange Beach Concierge handles each and every detail to execute the perfect event.
