Half Baked Coming to Buckhead Tuesday

Atlanta, GA, October 14, 2011 – No one knows a good casserole like southern women. Years of eating and cooking with their mothers and grandmothers gave entrepreneurs Lee Bradshaw Johnson (Dog Days) and J.J. Tomlinson (The Fickle Manor) the inspiration and expertise to bring Half Baked Casseroles to Atlanta. Opening Tuesday at 3185 Roswell Road in Buckhead, these casserole creations with a modern twist are sure to please everyone around the dinner table!

“We know everyone is busy and always on the go. Our goal is to provide a fresh, tasty and convenient meal solution for busy families and professionals alike,” said co-owner J.J. Tomlinson. “Additionally, Half Baked will offer delicious appetizers, tempting desserts and gifts perfect for any occasion.”

Half Baked assembles tasty casseroles fresh daily in an onsite kitchen. All ingredients are fresh, contain no preservatives and the meat is all natural, antibiotic-free with no hormones. Most casseroles bake in 45 minutes or less and come in recyclable pans in three different sizes. There are oven ready and frozen casseroles available, each labeled with cooking and serving instructions. Larger sizes are available upon request for special events or a hungry family. Delivery is available for convenience for a minimal charge and Half Baked is happy to mail a gift casserole to family and friends.
