After more than a decade of serving up authentic Southern BBQ on Main Street, Moe’s Original BBQ is excited to announce its upcoming relocation to a new standalone building at 1794 Asheville Hwy in mid-Summer. The move is set to bring a fresh and enhanced dining experience to patrons, all while maintaining the same beloved menu items with a few new additions. Situated along a busy highway and close to families, two hospitals, and residential areas, the new site promises easy access and high visibility for both locals and passersby. The ample parking available will make it convenient for guests to dine in or take out.
The new spot will have an inviting atmosphere, featuring a mix of tables, booths, and high tops surrounded by large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Guests can expect to enjoy the rustic charm of corrugated tin and wood accents, creating a cozy setting with mountain vibes. Outside, a large patio with picnic tables and umbrellas will provide the perfect spot for diners to savor their meals in the open air.
“When the spot became available after driving by daily, it intrigued me,” said owner Dave Rice. “Once renovations are completed, we look forward to an exciting new chapter.”
Recognized with many awards, Moe’s Original BBQ has been named in the Top 10 BBQ Chains in America by USA Today and The Daily Meal, one of the fastest growing, emerging restaurant chains by Restaurant Business Magazine, and one of the Top 10 Rib Joints in the U.S. by Relish. Served with red BBQ and Alabama white sauces, the award-winning smoked menu features pulled pork, ribs, smoked wings, turkey and chicken as well as catfish, tofu, tempeh and shrimp. Prepared fresh daily, a rotation of 60 traditional Southern sides and house made desserts are also offered. Guests can also take advantage of catering for parties and events.
